How weekly cashback works
Weekly cashback is calculated based on your net loss for that week — that is, your total amount wagered minus your total winnings. Your VIP tier's cashback rate is then applied to that net loss.
Every Monday, the previous week's figures (Monday through Sunday) are finalised and cashback is credited to your account. The amount goes directly to your balance and can be used without any additional conditions.

For cashback to apply, there must be a minimum net loss for that week. If the net loss is zero or the week ends in profit, cashback will not apply.
